Privacy policy

OneStrategy is responsible for the personal data described here, as the controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

When you book a free call: your name, your email, and what you tell us about your studies and goals.

When you become a client: what we need to coach you (your CV, your applications and your messages with our team) and the record of your payment. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

When you sign in to the Interview Library, as a client or to read one interview free: your email address, when you signed in, which interviews you opened and how long you spent reading them, and, for the free preview, your first and last name, when your next interview is, which interview you chose and whether you asked for tips and news.

When you share an interview with us: your account of the interview, any files you attach, and your consent to publish it once anonymised.

When you visit the site: anonymous visit statistics, without cookies, that do not identify you.

To arrange and run your free call and your coaching, which is the service you asked for (contract, or steps you asked for before one).

To sign you in to the library, give you the interviews you are entitled to, and keep the library safe: each interview shows the reader's email across the page, and we look at what is opened to spot misuse and to see which interviews are most useful, so we know what to add (our legitimate interest in protecting and improving the library).

To send you occasional interview tips and news, only if you ticked the box asking for them (your consent). This can include one email about the interview you read free, offering a free call. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can stop them at any time.

To keep accounting records of payments, as the law requires.

We use a small number of providers, who handle data only on our instructions: Vercel (hosting the site, and anonymous statistics), Supabase (library accounts and database), Resend (sending sign in emails and the emails you asked for), Formspree (the free call form), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (a check that a form is filled in by a person, not a bot) and WhatsApp (messages with our team, if you choose to use it).

Some of these providers are based in, or use servers in, the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area or the UK, it is protected by the safeguards the GDPR provides, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We never sell your data, and we never share it with banks, funds or employers.

Free call requests that do not lead to coaching: 12 months.

Client records: for the length of your coaching and 3 years after it ends. Payment records: as long as accounting law requires (up to 10 years).

Library accounts and free preview sign ups: until you ask us to delete them, or 2 years after you last signed in. The log of opened interviews: 12 months.

Shared interviews: the anonymised version stays in the library while it is published. Ask us and we take it out.

We only use cookies that the site needs to work: keeping you signed in to the library, remembering for one hour which interview you chose to read free, and the security check on sign in forms. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to accept.

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive it in a portable format, or to object to how we use it. Where we rely on your consent (tips and news), you can withdraw it at any time.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live: in France the CNIL (cnil.fr), in the UK the ICO (ico.org.uk).
