I didn't start at a big bank. My first internship was at a small software company nobody has heard of. Two internships later, at Lincoln International and Rothschild, I was at J.P. Morgan.

In between, one single strategy: stop waiting for application portals to open and betting on LinkedIn like everyone else, and go after my interviews myself, through networking and email, one company after another. Every one of my internships came from that.

How do the sessions work?

One-to-one video calls with our team: the founder leads your plan, and analysts currently on the desk step in when your target calls for it. There's no fixed schedule and no quota: we talk as often as you need, and you have us on WhatsApp in between.

Who is it for?

Students aiming at finance: spring weeks, summer and off-cycle internships, and graduate roles. It works best if you already have some finance experience. We'll tell you honestly on the free call where you stand.

What is the free call?

A call with our team to see whether the coaching is an honest fit for you. It costs nothing and there's no pitch. If we can't help, we'll say so.

Which languages, and where?

We're fully bilingual, English and French, and coach students wherever they study. Most of our candidates are in Europe.

What's in the Interview Library?

650 real interviews from 105 firms, written up by candidates round by round, with proposed answers to the technical questions. Our students get full access. Anyone can read one interview free to see what it's like.

What happens once I have an offer?

We're still there. You keep WhatsApp access for the rest of your 12 months, for choosing between offers and getting ready to start.

How do I pay, and can I get a refund?

Once we agree it's a fit, you pay by card through Stripe, in one go or in instalments with Klarna. If you change your mind, you get a full refund if you ask within 14 days, for any reason.
